The Northern Parliament Nation represents the Soviet Navy during World War II.
Consisting of 9 different ships, the Northern Parliament is one of the smaller navies in Azur Lane. First introduced during the Azur Lane beta with the ship Avrora, the Northern Parliament was later expanded with the release of the Northern Overture event.
