Last night at midnight I decided to clear my phone storage. I deleted some Azur Lane related files (while logged in to the game), restarted my phone and opened the app to see the loading screen now has Enterprise and her eagle not the faction screens (eg. Royal Navy, Sardegna Empire).

This morning I went into the Cloud and restored the files but the screen's still the same. I emailed customer support but have gotten no reply (I'm in the UK so time zones).

I've been playing for 2 years, my account is binded (email). I now worry I've messed up and may have to start over. Any help?

Maybe try uninstalling the game and reinstalling it from the app store.

If your account is bound to your email, all your progress, ships, items, all that stuff, will be saved to the cloud.

I did exactly that and it worked! Logged out for tomorrow though.
